This webinar features inspiring speakers, Farah Nadhifa Azarine, S.Psi., M.Psi., Psychologist, which will discuss in depth various important issues that students often experience, such as identity crises in their early 20s (quarter-life crisis), social pressures, life direction, and the importance of maintaining mental health and building healthy relationships during college.
What Will Participants Get?
Through this session, participants will be invited to:
Recognize and understand the symptoms of the quarter century crisis (quarter-life crisis)
Exploring one's potential and building self-awareness (self-awareness)
Rediscovering direction and purpose in life during study period
Building healthy and supportive relationships in the college environment
