Rules and Requirements

It is mandatory for every student to read and understand the Chancellor's Decree regarding TAK which applies according to their class.

Class ≤ 2021

For students from the class of 2021 and earlier.

Class of ≥ 2022

For students entering 2022 and beyond.

Why is it NOT important?

Graduation Requirements

Must meet the minimum TAK score to be able to attend the trial.

Graduation Requirements

The requirement for graduation at the first level is to take and pass the PKKMB.

The main requirements for the selection of Outstanding Students (Mawapres).

TAK Assessment System

The minimum TAK score to graduate from Telkom University at each level is in the following table.

IKK Calculation Formula

IKK = (Ni / Nm) × 4
Ni = TAK score achieved by students
Nm = Maximum TAK value at each level

Scope of TAK

The scope of TAK mandatory activities must have a total value of at least 40.

How to Report TAK?

Access the Reporting Platform

Access through iGracias under the TAK menu. For intakes of 2022 and above, you'll be redirected to the new system or can access it directly: situ-kem.telkomuniversity.ac.id/tak.

Pay Attention to Deadlines

Don't delay! For classes ≥ 2022, the reporting deadline is a maximum of 6 months after the activity takes place.
