Telkom University student competition and achievement services – Student Achievement Services are all services in order to develop potential, interests and talents, as well as preparing students to participate in competitions to achieve maximum achievements.
Achievement Services:
1. Talent Scouting/Mapping is a series of programs in order to find superior students to take part in competitions, including: selection of new students through competitive achievement pathways, development of interests and talents through the formation of study clubs in the Faculty.
2. Competition Development, which aims to provide preparation, knowledge, and training in preparation for competitions. Competition development activities include:
– Regular training accompanied by a trainer
– Competition simulation
– Sharing session by students who have participated in the competition
– Seminars and training by speakers who are experts in their fields
– Review proposals and student work that will be entered into the competition
– Counseling by experienced counselors, to prepare students psychologically
3. Achievement awards for high-achieving students as a form of appreciation and recognition to motivate students to continue achieving. The awards include: Incentives, Recognition of Independent Learning Credits (SKS) for Independent Campus, and the opportunity to participate in various institutional activities.
Performance Achievement is the result of effort achieved through work or endeavor. A person can be considered an achiever if they successfully achieve the results they strive for, such as through dedication, learning, experience, or skills.
Telkom University Achievement Service is one of the services under the Directorate of Student Affairs at Telkom University which has the following duties:
- Coaching and mentoring of student competitions from both Belmawa and independent competitions
- Student Competition Mentoring
- Student Achievement Data Collection (Belmawa & Independent Competition)
