Counseling Group: Understanding Gaslighting and Stockholm Syndrome in Painful Relationships
The Directorate of Student Affairs, Careers, and Alumni of Telkom University once again held a Counseling Group session as part of its efforts to support student mental health. This time, the topic was the complex and often overlooked relationship issues of gaslighting and Stockholm Syndrome.

This counseling session will be guided by an experienced psychologist, Mrs. Siti Raudhoh, S.Psi., M.Psi., Psychologist, which will help participants to:
Recognizing the signs of gaslighting in relationships
Understanding how Stockholm Syndrome can occur in unhealthy relationships
Becoming aware of power dynamics and emotional manipulation
Building the first steps towards healing and self-recovery
This activity is limited to just 10 people to ensure a more in-depth, personal, and emotionally safe discussion. Therefore, prior registration is required.
