Dormitory Check-Out Information for the 2024/2025 Academic Year
The Directorate of Student Affairs, Careers, and Alumni at Telkom University is providing important information for all students residing in the dormitory regarding the final check-out process for the 2024/2025 academic year. This check-out process is part of the end-of-semester transition and must be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations.
Implementation Schedule
The dormitory check out process will be carried out on:
June 15 – 23, 2025
There are two check out time session options available each day:
- Session 1: 08.00 – 12.00 WIB
- Session 2: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM WIB
Dormitory Check Out Regulations
For a smooth and orderly check-out process, students are required to comply with the following regulations:
Check out according to the scheduled date.
Fill out the check out confirmation form via the official link from the Directorate of Student Affairs, Career Development, and Alumni.
Report the check out process to the helpdesk and Student Representative (SR) in each building.
Tidy up and return all dormitory belongings to their original positions.
Make sure no personal items are left in the room.
Hand over the room key to the dormitory manager.
Check out is only declared complete if the room has been checked and approved by SR and helpdesk in the same condition as before.
Personal items not collected within a maximum of two weeks after check out will become the property of the hostel management.

This form can be filled out starting from June 3 to June 14, 2025.
