Starting college is a big step full of challenges. At Telkom University, you won't be alone. Senior Residents (SR) are here to serve as your first friends and mentors, accompanying you through the dormitory.
Since 2013, SR has served as a warm bridge of communication between dormitory residents and the university. They are not just supervisors, but also seniors ready to listen, help, and provide solutions to make the adjustment period easier.
Selected Through Strict Selection

Roles & Duties of Senior Residents
Adaptation Companion
Helping new students adjust to the campus environment.
Activity Facilitator
Organizing the “ASAS” program (Adaptive, Spiritual, Academic, Social).
Communication Bridge
Convey the aspirations and needs of residents to the dormitory management.
Conflict Mediator
Finding solutions to problems between dormitory residents
Resources
A place to ask questions about academics, organizations, and lectures.
Role Model & Motivator
Be a role model in attitude, discipline, and motivate dormitory residents.
Senior Residents' Duties & Responsibilities
In addition to the roles above, each SR also has obligations and responsibilities, namely:
1. Obey all dormitory rules and regulations.
2. Attend the entire series of SR training and coaching.
3. Be part of the program implementation team and mentoring dormitory residents.
4. Provide assistance and guidance to dormitory residents.
5. Becoming a team implementing character education for dormitory residents.
6. Report any violations that occur in the dormitory.
